All US backpack club shipments are charged $6.50 for Priority Mail shipping and handling. Canadian orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail and shipping charges are $10.50. Please email us to inquire about shipping outside of the US and Canada.
When you sign up for our monthly literacy bag club, you pre-select the 12 bags you would like sent to you during the upcoming year. We keep track of the bags you have selected for the year and each month we ship the bag of your choice for that month. We charge your credit card on the 20th of each month for that month's bag and ship on the 20th or 21st of each month. This will give you a week or more to prepare your bag before sending it out the next month. Example: Your September bag selection will be shipped August 20th.
You may cancel your membership at any time. We no longer accept personal checks,, Google Checkout or PayPal as a payment option for our monthly shipments. Please do not use these options when checking out. Credit Card orders only. Please e-mail us before placing your order if you would like to request an exception to our payment policy and please explain your reason in your email.
